Services:

Wireless Internet service provider on selected sites within the Bailiwick.

Customer Service:

Nest does not operate general doorstep selling, telesales operation nor mass mail shots either by letter post or email, however in the initial run up to a full service Nest will be targeting potential users. Nest does, for example, advise selected existing and potential customers of offers and services.

Data Protection act - Personal information is requested from subscribers such as name, address and phone number to allow them to access the system through password login. This data is kept in an electronic format.

Cancellation of contract hire will be as per individual contract. For example a minimum 12 month contract would require one month notice after the minimum contract period had passed, cancellation before that date would incur a charge for the balance of hire due.

Complaints:

Initially direct to Nest and if not resolved either by Arbitration or through Petit Debts / Royal Court procedures and or Ombudsman or Arbitrator as dictated by Guernsey Law after initial contact with the Office of Utility Regulation
